"Kirby Hoener did a great job for us and we give him our highest recommendation. He has years of experience and understands electrical systems inside and out. We have a 2 story townhouse, had heat-taped our lower roof and realized we needed to heat tape our upper roof also. Kirby corrected the lower roof by putting heat tape in the downspout (which the prior contractor had failed to do), did the upper roof, made sure an especially difficult corner was adequately taken care of, used conduit for the electrical wiring, and installed two garage switches with which we control the roofs. And all at a reasonable price. We now have real life experience with snow, and the system works great. We have had several other issues which he took care of quickly and effectively – his work has been a stress reliever. I’ve got Kirby’s number securely on my cell phone contact list.
